Our General Booking Terms
- We request a deposit of 75% down payment of the estimated total to confirm your booking, balance after service delivery.
- For NGO‘s those that we have contracts with: we request for a confirmation Letter or an LPO to confirm their booking.
- VALIDITY OFFER: 15 Working days
- TERMS OF PAYMENT: Cash, Cheque, E.F.T, Visa, and Mobile Money.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: No fee if cancelled 2 weeks before the booking date.
- A charge of 50% of the booked business is payable if there is no notice of cancellation given.
- FOR REFUNDS: A refund is considered on amount above Ugx 500,000 and a Client must write a letter to the Administrators explaining why he wants the refund. The client can come and get other services equivalent to the amount if below Ugx 500,000.
